End-of-life Support Package

Holistic, presence-based care for individuals and loved ones at the end of life

Outlined below, this package is designed to offer emotional, practical, and/or spiritual support in the final stages of life. It offers grounded presence, gentle coordination, and compassionate guidance to help ease overwhelm and focus care to where it’s most needed.

All sessions can be held in person or online, depending on your needs and location. This offering is adaptable and always shaped in collaboration with you. If you're seeking something simpler or more limited in scope, I sometimes offer a pared-back care option depending on availability. For those needing more extended support or custom legacy or ritual work, a deeper care package may also be available — you're welcome to ask.

End-of-life Support Package

What’s Included:

  • Free 30-minute initial consultation (virtual).

    Book here if you’re ready.

  • May include:

    • Clarifying your wishes, values, care preferences and support needs,

    • Discussing or reviewing Advance Care Plans, AHDs, or VAD-related paperwork,

    • Mapping out who is involved in care, and identifying gaps or needs,

    • Creating a basic “care team communication plan” (who needs to be kept in the loop, how often, etc.),

    • Outlining practical needs: emotional, spiritual, logistical, household, etc.,

    • Exploring how you want the space to feel during dying (music, privacy, rituals, etc.).

  • Presence-based care, emotional support, spiritual and/or ritual holding. May include:

    • Sitting in quiet presence with you/the client,

    • Talking through fears, reflections, memories, or whatever feels present,

    • Offering grounding or mindfulness practices,

    • Light assistance with daily emotional needs or relational support,

    • Holding space for ritual or legacy work.

  • Offers carers a break while providing supportive presence with the client

  • Post-death, for loved ones.

This offering is for those seeking a meaningful, intentional ritual outside of a funeral or memorial context. It may mark a moment of transition, honour a loss, or support grief integration. This is not a funeral or memorial service. It is a private or small-group ritual, created and held with care — either in your home, on the land, or another meaningful location.

  • May include scheduling, visit coordination, key updates, and liaising with care networks. This gentle behind-the-scenes support helps ease overwhelm and keep things flowing. Additional time available for reduced rate.

  • Offered during visits or calls, always non-denominational and guided gently as needed.

These practices can support you in navigating anxiety or emotional overwhelm with greater ease and presence.

These are always optional, tailored to your comfort, and require no prior experience.

  • Available during the active care period.

  • This full-service package is offered at $3,000 AUD.

The rate reflects the depth of presence and care offered throughout our time together, as well as my years of experience holding space for transition, grief, and uncertainty. I take on a limited number of clients at a time to ensure each family receives thoughtful, attentive support.

If you're navigating financial constraints or exploring a different kind of care, you're welcome to reach out — I occasionally offer a pared-back or expanded version of this package, depending on your needs and what’s available.

Additional travel fees may apply for in-person visits beyond 25km.
